Our exchange policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must let us know that you will not make your originally scheduled class or event via email.
Once your request for an exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
